Your clients should see your name.
Dubinest runs the client files of UAE visa, company-formation and insurance firms — requests, quotes, documents and payments. Your clients work in a space that carries your firm's name, and the quotes and invoices they receive carry it too.
This is the quote your client receives. Type your firm's name.

The life of one file
Four steps, in the order your practice already works.
A client asks
They open a request from your own address — visa, company formation or insurance — and list who it is for. Each person on the file gets their own record, with their own nationality and date of birth.
You quote
Line by line, in the client's language, as a PDF under your letterhead. They accept it with a click, and the acceptance is recorded.
You collect what the file needs
A checklist built per applicant from what the case actually requires — passport, marriage certificate, birth certificate. They upload, you approve or send it back with a reason. Nothing is collected before the client has chosen you.
You are paid the way you are paid today
Bank transfer, cash, cheque, card link or terminal. You confirm each instalment as it arrives; the balance follows on its own. Invoices carry your TRN and 5% VAT.
Two things that run throughout
A conversation, beside all of it
Messaging is not a step — it is open from the first request to the last document, with email and push notifications when someone is away.
Your client's language, not ours
Your clients use Dubinest in English, French, Arabic, Russian or Chinese — Arabic right-to-left throughout — and the quotes and invoices they receive are issued in the language they chose, without you picking it.
What you do while it runs
The client's side is one half of the product. This is the other.
Get it signed
Place signature fields on the quote and send it. Your client signs on screen, and the signed PDF stays on the file with the moment it was signed.
Hand over a file
Invite colleagues, group them, give a file to whoever should carry it — and see every file in the firm, not only your own.
See the money
Quoted, received, still outstanding — by file, by client, by colleague.
An assistant that reads your files
Ask what is late, what is missing and what to do next across everything you are carrying.

- The space your clients log into —
your-firm.firm.dubinest.com, their entry point - Quotes and invoices, letterhead and all
- The emails your clients receive, and the replies come to you — only the technical sending address is still ours
- Your logo, if you upload one
- The sign-in page, in your name and with your logo
Your address is built from the name you give your firm when you create it — Al Noor Advisory becomes al-noor-advisory. It does not follow a later rename, so choose it with that in mind.
You hold passports. So do we.
Most firms run this on WhatsApp and spreadsheets. That is the part a client's lawyer asks about.
- One firm cannot reach another's filesEvery request, document, message and payment belongs to exactly one firm, and the boundary is enforced on every read, not only in the interface.
- Two-factor authentication for your staffRequired, not offered. Your clients sign in with a password.
- Hosted in the European UnionUnder the GDPR and the UAE's PDPL, with the register of processing and the breach procedure written down.
- A data-processing agreement you can read firstArticle 28, signed, handed over before you subscribe — not after.
